Nhazonia
- Irrigation Farm of 800Ha

Our aim is to become a large supplier of good genetics in goat and cattle and a recognizable seed producer.
- A Total of about 600Ha of these farms on the Nhazonia
River can be irrigated all year round - We currently do seed production of Maize and beans
- Two crops per year are posible
- We have a herd of 600 indigenous goats
- We have imported Kalahari Red rams from South Africa to bring in new genetics and improve meat bone ratio per carcass.
- We started buying in local Nguni type cattle to build up a herd.
- Steers are also bought in and rounded off over a 2-3 month period for resale.
An easily extendable abatoir , with a capacity of 80 goats per day, is near comletion
Mucombeze
- grazing farm of 4881Ha
- a carrying capacity of ±800 cattle
- It will be on the electrical grid by early 2013
- a main house and 4 smaller cottages and sheds
- app 150Ha of cleared and level fields
- a dam/weir to be constructed (Mucombeze River not perennial).
- Commercial activities have not yet commenced on this farm
Zaancor
- Irrigation Farm of 1000Ha
- near Chuala and Nhazonia
- operated by the two Shareholders in the name Zaancor Lda
- on the east bank of the Nhazonia river with app 2km’s of riverfront
- a main electrical line runs across the farm
- A Transformer must still be installed
- Commercial activities have not yet commenced on this farm
